What happened if we are not happy from the service?
If you call us within 24 hours of the service and was our fault we will send the same cleaner back to re-do the job free of charge.

Do you have insurance?
Yes we have.We are fully insured, we have liability and loss insurance.

How long do I need to leave my carpets to dry out after I have had a carpet cleaning service?
Normally it is between 3 to 5 hours, but it all depends on how dirty the carpets are and how thick the pile is. Our cleaning technicians should be able to advise when they come to your property.

Which hours do you provide your cleaning services?
We provide all of our cleaning services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but our office line is open from 8am to 6pm.

How can I pay for the services?
We accept cash, cheques and bank transfers.
The payment for the cleaning must be made on the day of the service.

Do I need to pay Congestion charge if my property is in the zone?
Yes, you have to pay congestion charge if is your case.

Do I need to pay for the parking?
Yes, you will have to pay for the parking or provide us a permit.

Is there a minimum charge for the services?
Yes, it is.
For carpet and upholstery cleaning services we have minimum charge of £40.

Do you have a minimum hours for cleaning services?
Yes we do.
For regular cleaning, after party cleaning, after builders cleaning, maid and ironing services, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, move in and move out cleaning we have minimum charge of 3 hours per visit.

Do you use professional products?
Yes,we only use professional chemicals, every cleaning system uses some form of chemical to clean soft furnishings, water is a chemical and forms the basis of most cleaning solutions.Our experienced technician will be using safe chemicals and will rinse the items to make sure that no chemical residues remain within the fibres.

Someone in the house suffers from an allergy will the cleaning chemicals be a problem?
Carpet cleaning methods rely mainly on water based chemicals and the cleaning technician should be made aware of the allergy.Steps can be taken to ensure that the risk of the allergy sufferer coming into contact with a cleaning chemical is eliminated.The allergy sufferer should not enter the room that has had items cleaned within it for a 24 hours period.

Will all the stains come out?
Most marks will come out during the cleaning process.Some of the more difficult dye stains may need some specialist treatment to deal with them.
The technician will know the fibre contenent of the carpet/fabric and if the stain can be identified an outcome may be predicted.

The areas in front of the doors, sofas and the armchairs are very dirty; Can you get it all out?
The dirt can be removed but continual foot movement from all the people who use the furniture will have damaged the carpet fibres.This abrasion will cause a difference in light reflection giving the appearance of light soiling.
